Ce am folosit:
- Făină (aprox. 2 linguri)
- Apă
- Praf de copt (jumătate de pliculeţ)
- Bicarbonat de sodiu
- Cacao
- Zahăr brun nerafinat
- Ulei
- Esenţă de vanilie
- Zahăr pudră
Mod de preparare:
- Am uns interiorul cănii cu ulei pentru a nu se arde prajitura, apoi am adaugat toate ingredientele, mai puţin zahărul pudră şi le-am amestecat bine.
- Am lăsat prăjitura la microunde până s-a ridicat şi a devenit moale (în jur de 2:30 minute, dar se poate lăsa şi mai mult, în funcţie de cuptor).

At one point when I was craving something sweet, but I had nothing that was ready to eat, I remembered the microwaved mug cakes, so I gathered some ingredients that I had in my kitchen and started.
What I used:
- Flour (aprox. 2 tablespoons)
- Water
- Baking powder
- Baking soda
- Cocoa
- Unrefined brown sugar
- Oil
- Vanilla essence
- Powdered sugar
Directions:
- I oiled the interior of the mug, so that the cake won't burn, then I added all of the ingredients, except for the powdered sugar, and I mixed them really well.
- I left the cake in the microwave until it was done and got soft (around 2:30 minutes, but it can be left to cook for longer, depending on the microwave).
Buna...eu ,desi am microunde ,nu le folosesc deloc si de mult... am tot citi ca sunt nocive!?
